Platform and campaign responsibilities
Ek Reel Aur, a platform from The Event Valley, processes account information and platform activity. A campaign’s named organizer is responsible for the purposes and uses described in its campaign policy. The platform and campaign identities are separate; participation in one campaign does not grant another brand access to your information.
Information used
We process account and contact details, age and location information, your Instagram handle and declared follower count, campaign enrollments, submitted reel links, available thumbnails, review outcomes, referrals, consent records and security logs. Payout details and purchase evidence are processed when required for eligible rewards. We do not host your submitted video files. Please do not provide identity documents or sensitive information unless specifically required through an authorized verification process.
Purposes and legal bases
Account information supports the service you request. Campaign information supports entry administration, moderation and verification. Legal obligations may require financial and audit records. Security and fraud controls protect the service and its participants. Where processing relies on consent, the purpose and applicable policy are presented before acceptance; consent can be withdrawn by contacting support, subject to applicable retention obligations. Optional marketing requires a separate choice and is not enabled by accepting campaign terms.
Who can see your data
Authorized platform staff access information needed for their duties. Campaign organizers may receive information necessary for the campaign under the disclosed policy and agreed permissions. Leaderboard access currently requires sign-in. Your phone number, email, address and payout information are not shown in leaderboards. Hosting, authentication, storage and email providers process information required to deliver their services.
Retention and closure
We retain information while needed to operate your account, administer the campaign, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or meet legal requirements. Closing your account removes selected profile fields and the profile image and disables sign-in; it does not erase every record. Contact support for a review of information still retained and its purpose. Campaign policy versions and acceptance receipts are preserved so that changes cannot rewrite what you accepted.
Your choices and rights
You can correct profile details in Settings. Contact support@ekreelaur.com to request access, a copy or export, correction, erasure, restriction, withdrawal of consent or information about recipients and retention. We will verify the request and respond within the period required by applicable law, explaining any exception or extension. Where GDPR applies, you may also object to relevant processing and complain to your competent supervisory authority. Rights and grievance routes under Indian data protection law apply as the relevant provisions take effect.
Security and international processing
Access is restricted by authentication and server-side permissions. Consent and review records are protected against ordinary modification. Providers may process information in their configured service locations. Contact support for information about applicable processing locations and transfer arrangements before providing information where this is material to you.
Cookies and children
Authentication cookies maintain your sign-in session. The campaign platform is intended for adults aged 18 and above. We do not ask participants to upload videos or enable camera, microphone or precise geolocation access through this platform.
