The platform and the campaign
Ek Reel Aur is a creator campaign platform from The Event Valley. Brands and their named organizers supply individual campaigns. The organizer, eligibility, content requirements, judging and prizes for each campaign are described in its brief and any supplied campaign policy. Creating a platform account does not enter a campaign.
Your account
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account information. Keep your sign-in credentials private. Do not impersonate another person, submit someone else’s reel or create accounts to obtain duplicate rewards. Phone numbers are collected but are not verified by SMS.
Joining a campaign
Read the campaign brief before joining. If the brand supplies a campaign policy, you must explicitly accept its displayed version. If none is supplied, no separate campaign policy acceptance is required. A transfer from an earlier campaign does not constitute acceptance of a new policy.
Content and review
Post your original reel on Instagram and submit its public link. Ek Reel Aur does not host participant video uploads. You permit the platform to store the link and available thumbnail, display them to authorized reviewers, and process the entry for campaign administration. Additional rights requested by a brand are stated in its campaign policy. Review outcomes can be rejected where eligibility or content requirements are not met.
Points and money
Approval awards the Campaign Points configured for that campaign. Points are not money and have no published exchange rate or automatic redemption promise. Cash rewards and prizes are separate, subject to the relevant campaign rules, verification and payment approvals. A leaderboard position does not guarantee a jury prize.
Privacy and communications
Account administration and campaign processing are described in the platform privacy policy. Accepting these terms does not subscribe you to optional marketing. Campaign policies describe additional processing by the named organizers; contact support if a requested use is unclear before joining.
Account closure and records
You can edit your profile and request account closure through Settings. Closure is distinct from complete erasure: some account, fraud-prevention, financial and audit records are retained. Contact support for access, correction, erasure, portability or a review of retained information. We assess requests against applicable law and explain any limitations.
Support and changes
Contact support@ekreelaur.com for account, review, privacy and campaign issues. Material changes to these platform terms use a new version. Previous campaign policy acceptances keep the original text rather than being overwritten.
